Why we collect it
To care for your dog safely, to confirm and manage stay requests, and to contact you about your bookings. We do not sell your information.
Messages you receive
With your consent we send transactional confirmations by email or text about your requests. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and access
Your records are stored in a secured database. Uploaded files are private by default. Only Ink & Tails staff can view operational records; customers see only their own.
