Requests are not reservations
Submitting a stay request does not reserve a spot. A stay is booked only after Ink & Tails confirms availability and any payment arrangement with you directly.
Accurate information
You agree that the information in your pet profile — health, medication, behavior and emergency contacts — is accurate and kept up to date. Safety depends on it.
Care and veterinary decisions
We follow your written instructions. If your dog appears to need urgent veterinary attention and you cannot be reached, we may seek care and you are responsible for the resulting costs.
Changes and cancellations
Let us know as early as you can about changes. Rates, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed with you in writing before a stay is booked.
