Meet & greet first
Before a first stay we schedule a short meet & greet so your dog can see the space, meet us, and decide we’re alright. It also gives us time to go through your pet profile together.
Drop-off & pickup
Times are arranged with you for each stay so arrivals stay calm and predictable. Submit a request with your preferred window and we’ll confirm what works.
What to bring
- Your dog's regular food, pre-portioned if possible
- Any medications in their original packaging with written instructions
- A familiar blanket, bed or toy
- Collar with ID and a leash
- Vaccination records if we don't have them on file yet
